REMEMBERING THE BLAIRS
Blair Snr & I had great times together...
Blair Allchurch and Blair Morgan have reunited after 30 years and formed the imaginatively named "The Blairs". The theme is the "real Americana" drawing on the iconic US label Slash (The BoDeans, The Blasters, Los Lobos) and the likes of Steve Earle, Townes van Zandt and Rolling Stones Mach II for inspiration. The Blairs met before Americana or even Alt Country were known as genres, in their minds it was just music that they liked.

There are guitars and tunings galore as bottleneck, 12 string and harmonica are used in between the (always off centre and non auto tuned!) vocal harmonies. All delivered with a dose of humour...
